Ideally located in Main Road, Walmer, we are within a 15 minutes drive from all major attractions. Whether your destination is the business district or local historical attractions or entertainment, they are all easily accessible. Our four star guest house welcomes you to a unique atmosphere where you will immediately feel comfortable and pampered. Premises are under 24 hours CCTV surveillance. We have a total of 6 rooms, each one unique and individually decorated. All rooms are en suite with own entrances, satellite TV (DSTV commercial bouquet, this includes 3 Super Sport Channels) hairdryer, fans, tea/coffee making facilities, safe and bathroom amenities. Each room has an area suitable for paperwork. Guests are otherwise welcome to “work” in the guest lounge where there is an ADSL internet connection or on the patio overlooking the pool at the huge table where there is ample lighting. A scrumptious full English breakfast is served in the dining room or on the patio overlooking the garden and pool. If you are tired of good old bacon & eggs or omelets’ – tell us what you would like! Perhaps some good old fashioned “krummelpap”(A truly unique and original South African porridge made with maize (mielie) meal, with a texture resembling bread crumbs.) Dinner can be arranged on request. We serve a hearty truly South African dinner – farmhouse style. ‘Rys, vleis en aartappels ‘with some ‘boereboontjies’ (Rice, meat and potatoes with some green beans.) We also serve other unique South Africa cuisine. CONFERENCE VENUE Fully equipped conference venue. We cater for groups of up to 50.
